Multivitamin drips are the most affordable way into IV drips in Bali as a category. 11 clinics publish a price, from IDR 399,000 to IDR 1,500,000, and the average sits close to IDR 1,040,000.
They are also the group most likely to be misunderstood, because a lot of people searching for a vitamin drip mean vitamin C specifically, and that is not what most of these are. Figures come from published price lists across our Bali clinic directory.

Ten of Eleven Are Blends, Not Vitamin C
This is the single most useful correction on the page. Only Marvie Beauty Clinic names a formula specifically for one vitamin, its IV Vitamin C Infusion at IDR 399,000. Every other entry is a blend, and clinics generally describe those as a B-complex with vitamin C, often with magnesium or zinc added.
If you arrived here wanting high-dose vitamin C, the menu names will not tell you whether you are getting it. Vitamin Booster, Vita Mix, Essential Vitamin and Ultimate Vitamin are all blend names. Ask for the composition before booking, because at these prices the difference between what you wanted and what you booked is not recoverable after the fact.
Under a Million, and Over It
The market splits cleanly. Four clinics publish under IDR 1,000,000: Marvie and MK Skin in Denpasar, Made Ita in Kerobokan and Puriva in Kuta. The other seven publish at IDR 1,000,000 or above, spread across Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Canggu, Kerobokan and Denpasar.
The cheapest two are both in Denpasar, which is the same pattern as the rest of this category. But multivitamin drips are the one group where the cheap end is not a Denpasar-only story: Made Ita at IDR 600,000 in Kerobokan and Puriva at IDR 800,000 in Kuta are both well under the group average, and both are in areas visitors actually stay in.
What Bespoke Actually Means Here
MOII Aesthetic Clinic sells an IV Bespoke Vitamin Infusion at IDR 1,500,000, the highest price on this table. Bespoke means the mix is adjusted after a consultation rather than taken off a fixed menu.
Whether that is worth roughly four times the cheapest option depends entirely on what the consultation adds, and that is a fair question to ask before booking: who does the consultation, what do they assess, and what changes as a result. A bespoke label with no consultation behind it is just a price.

- Ask what is in the blend and at what dose. None of these 11 clinics publishes it.
- If you want vitamin C specifically, say so. Only one published formula is named for it.
- Ask whether a clinician reviews your history first, particularly for a bespoke formula.
- Check whether the price is per session and whether a course costs less per session.
