IV Drips in Bali: What 39 Clinics Actually Charge

IV drips are one of the few treatments in Bali where nearly every clinic publishes a price. 39 of the 52 clinics in this directory list at least one, 105 published prices in total, and they run from IDR 250,000 to IDR 9,500,000 a session.
That range is the whole story of this market. A fourteen-fold gap does not exist because some drips take longer, it exists because "IV drip" is a category name rather than a product, and clinics fill the bag with whatever their own formula specifies. This guide maps what is actually on offer, what each group costs, and what the price does and does not tell you. Every figure comes from published clinic price lists across 39 Bali clinics.
Recovery Drips: The Group That Is Specific to Bali
The largest single cluster in this data is not a beauty drip. 21 published prices across 10 clinics are for what clinics market as recovery: stomach upsets, hangovers and long-haul flights. No other destination directory we run has an equivalent, and the naming is unusually literal.

The cheapest published recovery drip on the island is Opulent Aesthetics in Canggu at IDR 823,200 for its jet lag formula, and the same clinic lists a Bali Belly Gold at IDR 1,881,600, which is the most expensive. Marvie Beauty Clinic in Denpasar prices both its Bali Belly and Hangover Cure infusions at IDR 999,000, the lowest pairing of the two we found.
Worth being straight about one thing: these are marketing names for infusion formulas, and a drip sold for a stomach upset is not a diagnosis or a substitute for one. If you are properly unwell, a doctor is the right call, not a price comparison page.
The Four Wellness and Appearance Groups
Everything else clusters into four groups, each with its own page and its own price behaviour:

There is also Beauty Booster, a proprietary drip name sold by one clinic group at four locations, all at IDR 1,800,000. It is searched for by name, which is why it has a page, but there is no price comparison to make on it yet.
Where Each Clinic Starts
If your question is simply which clinics are cheap to walk into, this is the entry price at each end of the market. These are the lowest published IV drip price at each clinic, not a like-for-like comparison of the same formula:
- The lowest entry points: Elea Skin Clinic (Denpasar) IDR 250,000, Marvie Beauty Clinic (Denpasar) IDR 399,000, ARC Clinics (Kuta) and Bali Beauty Center (Denpasar) both IDR 400,000, and MK Skin Clinic (Denpasar) IDR 450,000.
- The highest entry points: Radiance Bali (Kuta) IDR 1,750,000, SŌMA Aesthetics (Kuta) IDR 1,554,000, MOII Aesthetic Clinic (Kerobokan) IDR 1,500,000 and Mysa Clinic (Canggu) IDR 1,450,000.
A high entry point is not automatically a worse deal. Clinics at the top of that list tend to publish fewer, longer, more premium formulas rather than a cheap starter drip, so the comparison to make is formula against formula, not clinic against clinic.
Where You Can Actually Get One
The 39 clinics with published IV pricing sit across nine areas. Denpasar has by far the most at 13, followed by Kuta with 8, then Canggu and Kerobokan with 4 each, Legian and Seminyak with 3 each, Ubud with 2, and Nusa Dua and Sanur with 1 each.
That distribution matters more than it looks. Denpasar is where the cheapest drips are, and it is also where most visitors are not staying. If you are based in Canggu, Seminyak or Ubud, your realistic choice is a handful of clinics rather than thirty-nine, and the local price floor is meaningfully higher than the island-wide one.
What a Published Price Does Not Tell You
- What is in the bag. Almost no clinic publishes its ingredient list or doses. Two drips at the same price can be very different preparations.
- How long the session runs. Session times are rarely listed and vary from roughly 30 minutes to well over an hour, particularly for NAD+ formulas.
- Whether a doctor assesses you first. This varies by clinic and is worth asking about directly, since an infusion is an invasive procedure whatever the label on it says.
- Whether the price is per session or per course. Several clinics sell courses at a lower per-session rate. The published figure is usually the single-session price.
Questions Worth Asking Before You Book
- What is in this formula, and at what dose? A clinic that answers plainly is telling you something useful about how it operates.
- Who places the line, and is a doctor on site? Worth confirming rather than assuming.
- How long will I be there? Useful for planning around a holiday, and it also tells you whether you are buying a quick push or a long infusion.
- Is this price per session, and does a course cost less per session? The answer changes the real cost more than the headline number does.
- What happens if I react badly? Any clinic putting a line in your arm should have a clear answer.
