Anti-ageing drips are the most expensive IV group in Bali by a wide margin. 12 clinics publish a price, the average sits close to IDR 2,300,000 a session, and the range runs from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 9,500,000.
That top figure, Cocoon Medical Spa's Ageless Core Infusion, is the single most expensive IV drip in this directory, thirty-eight times the cheapest drip on the island. This page explains what sits behind that spread. Figures come from published price lists across our Bali clinic directory.

NAD+ Is Named Once, and Not at the Top
NAD+ is the ingredient most associated with premium anti-ageing drips, and it is worth asking about by name. But it is named in exactly one published price in this directory: Opulent Aesthetics in Canggu, 250mg for IDR 3,000,000.
That single entry is the most transparent pricing in the whole IV category, because it is the only one where you can hold a quote from another clinic against a stated ingredient and dose. It is also, notably, nowhere near the most expensive drip in the group. Three dearer products sit above it, Anti Aging Gold, Chromosome Infusion and Ageless Core, and not one of them names NAD+.
Everywhere else, premium naming carries the weight instead. Gold, Chromosome, Ageless Core and Complete Anti-Aging are clinic-chosen names with no published composition behind them. So the honest version is this: you cannot tell from a Bali price list which anti-ageing drips contain NAD+ and which do not, and the price will not tell you either. That is not a criticism of the formulas, it is a statement about what is knowable before you ask.
Cocoon Runs Two Tiers, Four Times Apart
Cocoon Medical Spa publishes two anti-ageing drips at each of its four Bali locations: Complete Anti-Aging at IDR 2,200,000 and Ageless Core at IDR 9,500,000. Both are available in Ubud, Canggu, Legian and Nusa Dua at identical prices.
A four-fold gap inside one clinic's own menu is the clearest possible illustration of the point above. Same clinic, same room, same staff, and the only thing that differs is the formula, which is not published. If you are considering the upper tier, the composition question is not optional.
The Cheap End Is Genuinely Cheap
MK Skin Clinic in Denpasar publishes IDR 1,000,000, and ARC Clinics in Kuta IDR 1,550,000. Both sit below the average for the group and below the entry price of every clinic in the visitor-heavy areas.
Worth noting that IDR 1,000,000 for an anti-ageing drip is close to the top of the multivitamin range and above most immunity drips. Anti-ageing is where this market puts its premium, at every level.
Before You Book
- Ask whether the formula contains NAD+, and at what dose. This is the question that makes two quotes comparable.
- Ask how long the infusion runs. NAD+ is usually given slowly, and sessions in this group are generally longer than for vitamin or immunity drips.
- Ask what changes between a clinic's standard and premium tier. If the answer is vague, the price difference is not evidence of anything.
- Ask whether a doctor assesses you first, particularly at the top of this range.
