Information Collection
Best Aesthetics Bali gathers personal information only when visitors choose to provide it. Submitting a clinic inquiry form captures your name, email address, and treatment question so we can route it to the relevant clinic. Signing up for our newsletter captures your email address for directory updates. Beyond this, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is active on the site. GA4 collects page view counts, session data, device categories, and general geographic regions to help us understand visitor behaviour. GA4 does not capture names, email addresses, or any information that identifies individual visitors.
Data Usage
Data collected through Best Aesthetics Bali is used solely to connect visitors with aesthetic clinics and to keep newsletter subscribers informed about directory updates. When you submit an inquiry, your details are forwarded to the clinic you selected and are not retained by us after that point. Newsletter emails are sent only to subscribers who opted in, and content is limited to aesthetic clinic updates, new listings, and Bali beauty travel information. We do not sell visitor data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond what is described here.
Cookie Usage
The site uses two types of cookies. Functional cookies handle site operations and remember your currency display preference (for example, showing prices in AUD rather than IDR). Analytics cookies, powered by Google Analytics 4, track anonymised browsing patterns such as which treatment categories attract the most interest. These analytics help us improve the directory structure and content. A cookie consent banner is displayed on your first visit, giving you the option to accept or decline analytics cookies. Your currency preference and other functional cookies remain active regardless of your analytics choice.
Privacy Rights
Visitors may request that we delete any personal data associated with their email address. To submit a deletion request, use the contact form and specify that you are requesting data removal. We process all such requests within 30 days. Every newsletter and marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will remove your address from our mailing list immediately, with no further action required. If you submitted a clinic inquiry, please note those details are forwarded and not stored, so there is no record to delete on our side.
